  * I create a 1600*1200 document in **inkscape**.
  * I put this in background {{::serveimage.jpeg?nolink&400|}}
  * I put guides around page and white square
  * I import each logo on one layer, center, and make sure it is inside white square size
  * File>export>png image, for each layer. Select "page" in window before clicking "export"
